Terms: Successful bidder will be required to put down a non-refundable deposit equivalent with 10% of the purchase price within 24 hours of auction conclusion.  This deposit needs to be in the form of a cashier's check payable to Don Rose Auction & Realty with balance due within 30 days.  Closing and escrow will be held at Marsh and Rothenbuhler title located at 249 S Main Street, Bowling Green, OH. Purchaser needs to sign and return purchase contracts as soon as possible and no later than 24 hours post auction via electronic signature or in person.  This online only auction has an extended bidding feature.  The closing time of a property is automatically extended 2 minutes whenever a bid is placed withing the last 2 minutes of the property closing time.  The bidding for the property will close when a period of 2 minutes has expired without an additional bid. 10% Buyer's premium will be added to the final bid to establish contract price.
