Auction Pickup: Lots (#20-31) Coolers and Freezers~ BY APPOINTMENT ONLY IN JOINT CONJUNCTION OF "Strause Refrigeration and Kirwen's Supermarket. Buyer's of these lots will call Strause Refrigeration @ 419-255-7001 to arrange professional removal of these lots. Buyers of these lots agree to pay all mandatory costs associated with utility disconnection, legal recovery and disposal of refrigerant, and capping necessary for removal directly to Strause Refrigeration. Physical removal of the units once capping and utility disconnection has professionally occurred will be arranged with a Kirwen's Supermarket Representative and will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. Units must be removed by Aug. 30th.
